    1968 S MD or a minor RPM???

I pilled this from one of my christmas rolls the other nite... The MM looked weird to me compared with VVs MM Style section http://varietyvista.com/01b%20LC%20D...k%20Styles.htm Thought for sure it was a wrong MM... Then I thought to myself (Bad Habit ) maybe the sample on VV is on a heavily worn die... I checked out VVs RPM listings http://varietyvista.com/02b%20LC%20R...Ms%201968S.htm and yep the sample is from a worn die... Go figure... I looked a little closer on mine and noticed a minor curve inside the upper curve of my MM... I am not sure if it is a new RPM or just MD??? I know this is long winded by I wanted to tell the story!!!

I don't see this one as an RPM Jim, although I am not 100% positive.

Thanks Bob... I was leaning toward some isolated MD but needed more eyeballs to be sure!!!

I see all kinds of stuff... I call it a pair of doilies I see MD south of the upper, normal punch hump between the center and lower and of course die abrasions south of the lower... I wish it was a RPM
