1999 P RIT Error or unusual IDB/(die chip)???

I just sent this one to JC. Do you think this one can qualify as an RIT error or an unusual IDB (die chip)??

    Thanks,
    Adrian

JC replied (he is fast). He said it's a die chip called "Skirted R" and he does not list those. New knowledge... It's interesting, so I think I should keep it, right?

    Thank you JC,
    Adrian

Adrian, that's what's so cool about this hobby! You will continue to find new interesting things and keep learning along the way. This is a good example of a Skirted R and would be a nice example to keep. Everybody collects different things so it's really an individual preference.
