Pulled this one today, is that machine doubling on the W... or something else? Why are the letters in GOD so thick towards their tops?

Can you get a closeup of the W?

I'm drawing a blank on what it is called but it might have to do with the die bouncing to create that secondary part of the W.
(I believe Viv had one with duplication on the tops of some letters about 6 weeks ago she was asking about.)

I did some digging trying to find it but could not. Enamel helped me with one similar to this and it was referred to as ejection doubling.

I am not sure it is ejection doubling as per error ref http://www.error-ref.com/?s=ejection+doubling but more isolated MD??? IN GOD looks to be from die wear???
