Are these separation lines on the date or something else?

Those are separation lines!! You can actually make out a notch at the top of the 6 where the line ends. Congrats on a great doubled die. Time to try and figure out which one it is!

What is the difference between a WHO and a DDO? I have yet to find any matching markers on DDO's but it looks close to one of the WHO's. There are several DDO's that it could match.

A WWHO is a doubled working hub. You very well may have a die made from one of those. A working hub will make many working dies, so the appearance may change a bit from die to die. In the hierarchy of things it is one step below that of a Master Doubled Die (Since working hubs are made from master dies), and one step above a single doubled die (since single dies are made from working hubs). I hope it is not too confusing.

This is the one I thought looked the most like it without any markers found... but there are so many DS with no known markers, I'm honestly not sure lol

Definitely takes concentration to understand, but a very important one to help understand the die making process and doubled dies.

I figure since I bought it off ebay for .99 cents as a reg proof back when I started, I did alright It was nice to finally see what one looks like for real lol

That is a nice pick... To be the WWHO-002 http://doubleddie.com/307701.html yours should also have some doubling on TRUST that Wexler identifies... If not then yours should be WWHO-001... These can be tough!!!
