On USA I've seen on many coins where its struck through grease and from the rim, the letters go from reg size to unusually large but on this one, on ONE CENT, some of the letters go from the rim, tiny to reg size... first I've seen of that, so far... will that be from the same reason as the upper letters or something else? I don't see where it looks like any grease was present on the bottom part.

Another comparison photo by Ray showing the reduced field level from the overpolishing. Same coin as the first post. Wish I could get the gifs to work, but you can see it clearly. Bottom is normal. Top is overpolished.
