    1991 obverse clash?

Is this some sort of die clash at bottom of coin?

I believe they are linear plating blisters.

That, I would assume, to be from the rollers again creating the corrosion? The north and south lines are extremely parallel to each other.

Putting the two views together, I guess then it would be a safe assumption that the plating blisters were caused by rollers?!

Not exactly, but we surmise that the planchet striations are prone to collecting impurities, which in turn can cause the plating to blister.

I'm in with the Linear Plating Blisters (LPBs) AM has been here The upper blister looks like it is ready to split open... Are there 2 spots on the jacket that have zinc showing??? Also what did you have on the rev at CENT??? It looks normal to me!!!

The spots on the jacket seem like double scratches/dents, most likely PMD; zinc is showing there. And maybe the spot in the middle right of the coin; more like verdigris moved into the open spot.

The 'cent' posted by mistake. And the white between c-e and t are just glove threads. I'll edit the post and take it out. Thanks for noticing that the 'cent' had no reason being there.
