I have a question about a listing on PCGS Website about this coin and the price they are listing it. Red MS 60 $1200.

Is this correct the 3rd Mint mark is in the 9.
Maybe I am missing it on Coppercoins, Wexler and other sites.
Could I get your opinion on what I should be seeing or missing here.
    Thanks in advance

The so called misplaced mintmark is in the 5 of the date. The CPG says that few specialist agree that this is another mint mark, and that has not changed. I don't know who put it in the CPG, but it is still not thought of as a variety by any of the listing sites.

I think most will agree that it is merely a die chip, which are very common.

It's a bird! It's a plane! Aw nuts... It's merely two die scratches!

Wowzer.!! Unbelievable that someone paid $940 in May of 2012 at Stacks for a PCGS AU50! (With lots of dings and marks from circulation.)
Talk about an expensive die chip. That's probably as expensive as a penthouse on Worth Ave. in Palm Beach when you calculate the square footage of that chip.

Which is why I refuse to pay anything to get a 1922 struck-through error.
