    1910 lincoln penny

Opinion- Is the obverse of this penny off center? Between the D and W of God We on the obverse there appears to be a delamination or loose piece of material on the planchet at the time the die struck. At the T in trust there appears to be some foreign material imbedded in the penny. Are these issues called errors?<br>Thanks for your time.

Without seeing a picture of the reverse, we cannot say if the cent was struck slightly off-center, or by slightly misaligned dies, but it's probably the latter. Very minor and not worth any premium. You are correct about the lamination error at the top, and the foreign material, but that is likely post mint damage to the coin.

Right, so the dies were just slightly misaligned when it was struck. A very common occurrence.
