    1959 D Cent

    Can anyone tell me what the line is coming out of the back of Lincoln's head and it runs to edge of coin ? Thanks Bob

      Hard to tell, with the coin behind mylar, the glare makes it hard to see anything and there is no decent definition to the pic. Best guess, damage but could be a gouge. Need better pics.

          A gouge or random die scratch would be my best guess too.

              Looking at the shadows, it looks like a scratch in the coin. Either way, it isn't worth your time to investigate further.
