Just found this one and would you say this is a off center hit or maybe the wrong planchet? On the OBV there is a lip above the W and on the REV "pic 6 to 10 " it seem to be three rims also on the OBV but not as much as the REV. There is also two fill dies on the OBV. Help please!!
This could be because of the mark above the W but there is no mark on the rev but still there is three rim marks on the rev. Also what about the rim being larger on the east side?
