I have one that looks almost identical when you hold it to the light its a 2000 dated cent. It kinda looks like it says 2000 on yours also. Im wondering if it is the same year. Might be just a grease filled die. But Id be interested to see if you can read the date by tilting the coin in light or if its readable at all.

as stated, this is a Struck Through (Grease) Filled Die.
The rims (and reverse) need to be equally weak for it to be a Weak Strike. The rims will usually just have the "proto rims" from the upset mill and not the impressions from the rim gutters on the dies.
