    1935 P Coin 2

This is also a 1935 P. Where as the entire word TRUST has what appears to be MD, I am reserved as to the inside curve of the R (the protected area). I presume that the protected area can be MD.

The entire motto as well as the date should be affected by the doubling. Is there anything else besides TRUST? Take a look at the pic I replied with on your first 1935 post.

If you do not see doubling on the 9 of the date, it is not DDO 1 or DDO 2 for sure. This looks like MD to me.

Agreed Brad, these coins are well circulated but you are correct. My concern was to understand why and or how a coin on the inside loop of the R has to be protected from years of wear. Sometimes it is also frustrating to come up with a solution. Thanks guys and gals.

They will say the same thing about us in 100 years from now.

I lean toward deceptive MD, but it is a tough call...
