    1949-d rpm?

Tough call on this one...odds are against me, but, possible D/horizontal S RPM? Appears to be lower serif of S protruding from lower serif of D...
    Thanks

    I would say it's PSD.

Well I must be in the disagree mode today... To me it appears that something is protruding from the face... I believe it could be a RPM but not a D/S... It looks more like a "D"... Could you post a closer pic of the MM... Have you ckd coppercoins to see if anything there is close to this one!!!

A coin with this much environmental damage is difficult at best to determine if it is an RPM or not. The chance of it being a D/Horizontal S is about nil. We would need a much better example of this die to be able to properly determine what it is.
