    Not a great candidate . The reverse is not too good for MS63.

        The coin is certified by PCGS, but he is an authorized NGC dealer...Kinda funny to me anyway. I don't see anything wrong with the reverse except for the darker areas around the devices. I personally wouldn't call this an MS63RB though. The staining on the reverse, and the lack of better detail on the obverse makes this an MS61/62 to me.

              I didn't end up bidding on the coin. The back looked like it was discolored. It may have been a glare, but I did not want to take the chance.
