1994 D cud or large chip

Would this be considered a cud or just a large chip that happens to be very close to the rim?

I think that would be a chip. A cud needs to come all the way from the rim and touch part of the design. So I think its a chip

With the center of it seemingly showing corrosion or zinc could it be a sploaded bubble?

A grading company would proably say "corrosion spot" Could also be a considered a defective Zinc Core if there is any attachment of copper down into the hole onto the Zinc Core.

Thanks, for the input. Hadn't thought of any of those possibilities.
