This is my opinion on what I think i see.
The eyelid might be a class IV DDO but I'm more inclined to say its a well placed die chip.
The doubling in front of the face looks like machine doubling.
The small part of the hair on top could be part of a DDO but I would be curious to actually see the entire coin (straight up that is).
I think its worth taking a closer look at.

      tough to photo it

very hard coin to take photos of.
the front of the forehead is raised and rounded, not flat and shelf like.

i was just wondering what members thought of it before i send it in.

      Thanks for looking!

The eyelid looks like it could be doubled. The doubling on the front of the face is on most wheaties, and appears to be reduction lathe doubling. I am not sure about the front of the hair, or what the anomaly under the E of WE is, but it is not any hub doubling related issue..

Simply a matter of adjusting the hue/saturation. or colors. My pics of steelies come out with an orange tint to them also until I color correct them with the editing software.

Try desaturating the color (i.e., removing the color and reducing it to grays) if all else fails. Interesting find; the eye might show hub doubling. Nice pics too...

My first thought was eye doubling. The lines along the face is what I commonly see on 1960 cents.
