Rollem ,What I am seeing is a part of a bar just over the 7 and a part of the right side of the 8 just to the top right of the date.If you cold give an isolated shot of the date only I could comment more. Nothing except the lapel of the coat which need closer examination. Any one else wish to comment on this. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks guys, I looked at the areas you referred to Lucien and it appears to be light in fields and damage on lapel. Here is link to requested pics maybe I am wrong. Hope so.
