Maybe a new 1941 RPM variety?

This is a 1941-S with mintmark:MMS-002 small mintmark and NOT a trumpet tail mintmark.
The only listed S/S North RPM,that i can find, is a Trumpet Tail mintmark.

This looks to be a S/S and may also be a S/S/S.

Without an in hand examination of this coin, I could not fathom a guess if it is a RPM or isolated machine doubling. Looking at your pictures, I am leaning towards isolated machine doubling.
