ok.. I think I figured it out.. I think you're right and it's a greaser. I googled the difference between weak strike and greaser. This is what I found:

Almost ALL greasers have a complete rim. Very weak strikes will have a very weak rim or none at all.

I have another coin, a lot like this one, but the IB in LIBERTY and the last number in the date is gone.. it's not a consentric circle.. would it be considered a greaser too or something like a clogged die?..

A die chip would present as a raised area on the coins surface, whereas a clogged die would fill the incuse elements of the die and leave behind flat(or nearly flat) fields where there should be design elements present. Sometimes a piece of gunk will even clog a die and leave an indention in the coin. A chip to the die will always leave an incuse impression on the die, and thus leave a raised impression on the coin. I hope that makes sense!

Definitely...I have examples where only one letter or number is missing.

that's what I thought but when I googled what a clogged die was it was showing me pictures and examples of something I would call a die chip... that confused me and had me scratching my head for a moment lol..

Doesn't have to be in any given pattern, I have several with different elements missing. Like IN and the UST, parts of dates etc. I really think they're cool and hold on to them. Tom
