It looks like extra feet there and maybe tilted? The anomaly is pretty even in size (on the ends).
And well bubbles and gouges do come to mind also.
I find it interesting.
I don't see anything with the spacing of the anomaly. Certainly doesn't mean this isn't anything. Did you try to press down on the areas to see if they flatten out?
