What's the coin weight... Is the obv in that same area of the coin normal or slightly weak???

Coin is normal weight. Obverse is normal.

Too much Pressure when struck??? Very Interesting!

If that was the case wouldn't it also exhibit the extra thickness along the periphery lettering? But, on the reverse those areas are normal thickness. Only the Memorial building and its inner design elements are extremely thick.
