Oddest auction ever. Seems like they want to get fast rating without costing anyone money but it just seems like more time to list it than the rating is worth.

Just an advertising gimmick...very strange though -
Why would I go somewhere to exchange a penny for a penny when I can just go to the bank???
So... it appears they're trying to get people with low rating the ability to raise their rating in a kind of underhanded, silly way. Stupid.Wendell Carper
