Not sure what the heck they are, but they sure are crazy looking. Speculations are welcome. Could be a combo of things, Colapsed bubbles, chips? Have fun with it!!!! Tom
Interesting Tom, My first thoughts is plating, but then I don't see much other of surface effected as normal with bubbles. Chips maybe, gouged die (Thanks to big Jim again lol).
Looks like a tree growing in the second bay. As for the other bay... some sort of monster?
That is sure a lot of extra metal there. It is amazing to think this die could have lasted much longer.
