1970 s small date alterartion

I posted this quickly the other day but had had a better opertunity to show the alteratin on this coin. If you study the 9 you can see th loop pushed up, and the seven pushed up as well. I bought this on ebay for the too good to be good price. The seller has sold many and may continue in the future. I won't give his username because he might not know what he is selling. The coin has been returned and hopefully he will follow through with a refund.

I'm pretty sure I saw this on eBay as well- listed for something like $6 BIN in brown, circulated condition?

That certainly looks like a damaged 9.

The zero is not correct, you can't fake that, obvious in my eyes.
