Anything with this 4 in the date? Looks like an extra bar inside the 4.Maybe a 4 OVER 4??

Interesting Ken,I hope it is 4/4 I think I have a few of those in my look over again box. I chose to add it to the 84's I also have with that finish.

There does appear to be and outer abrasion but the same is not true for the center of the four.
I have the same without the outer abrasion.

Wouldn't be a 4 over a 4 since the dates weren't punched into the dies, but this one definitely looks interesting to me.
