1970-s small date ??

Giving the shape of the 9, I'm going to have to go with Large Date.

Sometimes LIBERTY can throw you off if it's just a large date affected by some deterioration...i've been fooled a few times myself!

The 9 is the 1st thing I looked at...actually the only thing, and I agree with everyone. Large date.

the tip of the 9 should be pointing to the center of the 7 if it is a small 1970 s yours appears to be pointing to the bottom of the 7.I have to agree with the others on the large date

Definitely Large Date, check the 9 then the 1 and 9 beside each other. Sorry,keep looking.
