    2011-P REV Clash ?

    What is this? Is it a clash or MAD? ( The big arrow on the shield,my mistake.Nothing there.)

      I think this is either die wear or PSD... The glare makes it difficult to really tell... If it were a clash the arc of the line would overlap the rim... Place another penny over the top of yours and you will see what I'm trying to say... LOL!!!
