it doesn't look like it to me. i don't see any doubling, but if you are seeing doubling, it may be DDD die deterioration doubling.

I thought the picture would be better. I open it with window photo gallery and made it really big. I will work on taking better pictures.

One forum member had suggested taking pictures through a loupe..I will have to figure out how to do that.

try puting the loupe directly over the camera lens. if you have zoom you can also zoom in and out. ( this may not work on all cameras.)

also the 82 DDR you are looking for is a small date zinc, i'm gonna guess your coin is a large date copper.

there is 1 known example of that coin.

It's not the doubled die. I was involved with its original discovery. The coin shown above is definitely not it. Other images won't make a difference.
