100 year old Cent Canadian-how did I get it

Today I was asking myself what am I going to find next to get me upbeat as I was searching 58D's and had only minor luck. I took a break and looked for some pocket change and found a Canadian Cent from 1911. I have no clue if it is collectible but one thing is for sure I am adding it to my granddaughters collection. There is a farthing that looks like this coin so I guess it is someone's error.
Does anyone have a clue about this one. WHERE IS LARA. She may know about this one.

Someone did not see the date on the reverse so They just put it back in circulation.

you have a Canadian large cent, it has the same obverse as a British Farthing from Great Britain. these are not errors.

Lucien, Here is a link Jody gave me on the CA Errors.

I wonder what someone thought it was, this is a large cent and would not match up with our 19mm cents. I have found 20's and up in change. That's when Canada reduced it's cent size. But I always love odd ball finds. It makes the hobby fun.
