Seems they are using my images to sell coins, and I'd like to know who they are so i can determine whether I've ever given them permission to use my images. Anyone know them?

I can't remember, but I may have given permission years ago. They do mention coppercoins.com in their ads, but I am not sure if these are the same folks, and they are using the photos incorrectlyBob Piazza

Just use the "contact seller" feature and ask them...or I can do it for you if it needs to be done slyly.Comment

A already did send a message to them - before I posted here.
Bob - please explain how they are using them incorrectly. I just want your take on it.Charles D. Daughtrey, NLG, Author, "Looking Through Lincoln Cents"

My instructions are that they need to mention in their auction that the photos are used with permission of coppercoins.com. They are also not allowed to edit the photos.
In this person's auctions, he only mention to see coppercoins.Bob Piazza

He responded to my inquiry and offered (without being asked) to shut the auction down. I told him that wouldn't be necessary, but in the future he had to properly credit the photos to the site, and include phrasing that we are not responsible in any way for claims of misrepresentation because the seller used a stock image. I also limited the use of images to one per auction.Charles D. Daughtrey, NLG, Author, "Looking Through Lincoln Cents"

Oh, snap...I just noticed in the auction that this seller is claiming they are selling the coin pictured. That's impossible, because I OWN THAT COIN! Forget Mr. Nice Guy!! He has 24 hours to pull the pictures or I'm sicking my attorney on him. He's black listed now. I'll be watching this guy closely for a while.Charles D. I wouldn't give him 24 hours..it takes about 30 seconds to end an auction....I almost want to buy that 1970-S and give him a negative.Comment

This happens way to often. It's why I label my pics. Someone used the 55-S RPM#1 from this site, That coin is mine also, I gave the pics to Brad. That seller didn't have anything about LCR in that auction either....Comment

The seller complied. Now I will have to see if he complies with not using the images ever again.Charles D. Daughtrey, NLG, Author, "Looking Through Lincoln Cents"
