    A Nice Box of Pennies

    Hi

Just finished my latest box from Harris, this afternoon. This is the box that i found the 1972-P 1DO-008, and the 1992-P "peek-a-boo" cent. Although there was not one wheat on the ends of the rolls, i wound up finding about 40 of them, including the 1914-s. But, as I went along, this is a suspicious box. Sometimes you get a box with a load of wheat cents and i have found that they usually come in threes. The first has a few and the middle the most and the third has a few. I guess this is that they tend to stay together even though they get mixed with alot of coins. I hope this is true, and i cant wait to get to the bank tomorrow morning.

This box had a lot of "s" wheats, including 5 1921-s's and offcourse the 1914-s. I will let you know tomorrow!!!

    Thankyou

I agree! You find so much great stuff Roger, it blows my mind. You do deserve every good coin you find for being so helpful and positive to others here on the LCR. Keep up the good work, I always enjoy seeing what you come up with!

This is why I cannot find good finds in NYC, they all get picked up by Roger in NJ before heading up here. Nice finds Roger!

Well, they sure don't slip through and get to the left coast. The copper average in a box is about 4 dozen, wheats about 3-6, and Canadians about 3-6, and now and then a dime. But still I don't give up!

                  Nice finds little bro!

Roger, you must live right, hold your tongue just right or something. You are the luckiest guy when it comes to those boxes. Great finds, congrats!
