    Here is this 1989 cent with die marks (LIB), what is the comment on this coin?

    I think the anom is either from die deterioration or some gunk/grease on the die. It is certainly not a DD.

      Not a doubled die. Looks like plating issues or deterioration.

        It is die deterioration as the guys above suggested. Can be pretty common on coins from the 80s.
