Weight won't discern metal content. A specific gravity test is the only thing that will, as it measures weight and mass thereby rendering a density, at which point one can determine specific content.
The only redeemable aspect of that coin is that it is made from metals that were taken from the Statue of Liberty during the 1986 restoration. Not a valuable coin, but an interesting conversation piece.
