coin was sold in 2009 in a heritage auction for $747.50...4 bidders.....pop 76/27
and in 2008 at a heritage auction for $920.00...10 bidders ...pop 8/22
PCGS price guide value...$410.00..current pop 94

the 1992 d cam that sold recently...for over 20k...2 people really wanted it....
this... the 2 bidders that drove it to $900+... don't want or need it any more
supply and demand....still valuable cent...just not wanted as much right now as before

Hey Brad, this is a stage c coin, i've seen this, wondered the same. Not real sure where they got pc-3, stage c, pc-3??? Hopefully they get you a better speed answer.
