found this is a set I recieved online. Thought it to be a little weird wasn't in the list soo....didn't see any other marking that looked this way, but there is a predominent mintmark over mark D/D and sorry about the picture clarity. Thanks for any advice!

There are dozens of lists of RPMs, some with several thousands, others listing the top 50 or 100.
'55-D RPM #2 is fairly common, though still commands a premium of $4-8 in circulated grades on eBay. It's not listed in most major reference books, but is one of my favorites. I just sold an ANACS MS65 RD EDS example for $75 last week. I think it's underrated in comparison to similar strength RPMs like the 56-D #1. Oh, so many flavors. I will need to look at all the 1955D's I threw in the general jar without a thought. Just when I got through about 5,000 of 12,000-13,000 cents (finding 9 Indian Heads - Poor to Fine), I think I will need to search more. I couldn't stand the thought of something slipping through my fingers without an effort on my part.Comment
