I didn't want to go back and tack this onto the discussion from this past weekend concerning a seller who was misrepresenting his auction and using copyrighted photos. I did want you to know that I did indeed receive a few responses back from eBay, and they were all positive.
In a nut-shell, they agreed with my concerns, and either removed or ended the offending auctions. For those of you who have dealt with Judith before, she has once again delivered for the 'good guys'.
I want to thank all of you who responded to our call of reporting these auctions and this seller. What kind of warning he received is unknown, and I really don't care. What I do care about is that we came together and may have saved some other folks from this dishonest person.
Once again, thank you all, and keep your eyes open.

Got a response yesterday. Glad it got taken care of! She listed the reason that the seller used stock photos/photos he did not have permission to use.
