    $19 1911-D Pickup, Before and After

    I'm sure I could get that goo off the back with some acetone if I tried hard enough. The Verdi-Care really cleaned the crud off of it though. I'd say the reverse is late-MDS/early LDS with weak striking on about half of the reverse and a die chip on the right side of the right wheat stalk. The obverse is a little nicer, probably early MDS, but nothing glaring sticking out at me. I'd say it's a solid XF. Not bad for $19.

        The improvement is great... I'd follow with an acetone and then re-verdi-care it before storing it

              I probably do the lightest verdi-care treatment again. Great coin though. I would say at least an XF. Hard to grade from photos though.
