Last I heard, there were supposed to be 50,000 Lincoln Dollars set aside for the set of four pennies to be included in. Unexpectedly, the Lincoln Dollar is at almost 300,000 of it's total 450,000 total issue for both proof and uncirculated. It would seem that if you don't get the Dollar now, they may not get to put them into those 50,000 they broadcast earlier. Has anyone heard when the 50,000 will be sold, and if the pennies are expected to be part of those sets as of last word? Hate to get shut out, especially as pretty as the Lincoln dollar is.

I refer to the article in coin world (3/9/09). If I am reading it correctly the 95% copper cents are to be in the proof sets and mint sets also.
This whole 2009 cent thing is really starting to look like a real cluster---- by the mint. I find it hard to believe the apparant lack of planning that went into this.
Confused,
