eBay will reverse a negative feedback but its not easy. They will want to see if he will "agree" to correct the feedback. The time I had to take this action the buyer did that for me but it was simply because he had clicked the wrong radio button. I never had to take it any farther.
If he will not correct then eBay takes it to the next step. If you stay after eBay, take the actions they request and have a good feedback history, they should work with you.

    Good luck!
    Dan

Post his user ID here please.
I would STRONGLY suggest he not post the individual's name or Ebay user ID in this public forum. This could result in some sort of action taken by the individual later on. Remember these definitions:

Libel is any Defamation that can be seen, such as a writing, printing, effigy, movie, or statue. Slander is any defamation that is spoken and heard.

I will NOT get into how you feel about this technically or legally. If you want the individuals name so you can put it on your blocked list, that is fine, but do it by PM like other's here have asked.

Thanks for saying that Bob as I was also about to chime in. We would prefer members not to share information like this publicly as for what it might open up LCR to regarding slander/defamation/libel. I will also not get into the right or wrong of that but ask all just to respect this forum rule. If an ID is posted a Mod or Admin will more then likely edit the post. Please do not look upon that as any sort of personal censorship, but simply as the Forum trying to protect itself in a very public venue. If the OP is not inclined to answer a slew of emails with requests for that ID please PM me and I will pass it on. It was sent to me by PM and I have already blocked this buyer.

          Thank you.

                      THIS IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE

If there is any concern for LCR regarding libel by posting an ebay user id in the thread, it is probably a good idea not to use any LCR site function to transmit the same information. Perhaps personal email would be a better choice.

I just found you on ebay. Very nice coins and sad he left a negative over such a great price. Even how he words the feedback. Pathetic. Please pm his name.

Personally, I think you should include pictures of the entire coin in your auctions. Leave no mystery at all
