I just went to my local coin shop for the first time in quite a while, and looked through their Lincoln Wheats, found a few varieties. I didn't recognize it at first (I never was really familiar with the varieties from the early 40's), but I got home, and the 1942S I bought for $4 as an MS60 RB is coppercoins 1DO-001, 1MM-001, cherrypickers FS-101.
YN with a Lincoln Obsession! Check out my eCrater site Yes, the boxes in my avatar are all full. No, I'm not finished searching them yet.
Here is the best I can do right now; was trying for a closeup of the date/mint, but the camera wasn't cooperating.
I know it looks cleaned in the photo; it's not that way in person.
