I had been wanting to pick up one of these just to have one. Got it today and this is what I see. Didn't cost me anything but still disappointing. Poor handling.

I love these cents... I have 3.. 1 I sent to NGC and 2 still in original packaging...

although the big TPGs wont do it... THOSE are true early release/first strike ... made in 1999 for inclusion in January 1 2000 Cheerios boxes..

Yup, the sac is a rare pattern with special tail feathers.Now if you could just get one with a Sac in it.... in any shape... then you would have something
(most are but some are normal)
Years ago I saw a set with the Sac and the cent in a dealer junk bin for $2. I didn't buy it because I don't collect Sacs and thought $2 was a lot since I only wanted the cent. A few months later I read that those Sacs were special and selling for thousands. I went back to that shop and sorted through the junk bin but it was gone!
I was really bummed, I passed on what would have been a super cherry pick!!!!!!Comment
