Did the 2009-P FY-2 cents come in plastic shrink wrappers..All the ones i ever bought were in white paper..They are selling them in shrink wrappers on ebay saying they are mint wrapped is that true or not..

They came both ways, depending on what coin service supplied there to the bank. -

I believe the mint wrapped rolls have the pic on the paper..these came in a 2 roll set from the mint.. LP1 had a low "mintage" as not many were ordered as I think they were offered late? I had to buy mine .. ordered all the rest.. The LP2 had DDR's in them..

I myself believe they have been searched and rewrapped in shrink wrap..I like to know where they get the shrink wrap to do thisComment

I bought bricks from a bank that came from Brinks shrink wrapped solid date. Its always possible to get them out and then put them back to sell but they do come like thatComment
