[Wheat Cents]

Interested to see what folks think about the Reverse on the new 2009 Lincoln cents. Personally in hand , I have only looked at the log cabin. Some have remarked it looks a little busy, or one collector said " looks like they tried to put too much in the space alloted" He mentioned the e pluribus in the grass and ONE CENT seemd to get lost .

I remarked to him the strike on the log cabin reverse seemed weak.
( maybe because of all that "detail" )

Yeah, it's a little busy alright, they should have just left the motto right were it was and just added the cabin and 1809 were the memorial was.
But nooooo, they had to change the whole reverse, fonts and all. should've looked like the picture I posted in the thread : Which new 2009 Lincoln Cent reverse do you like the best? . Top of third page.......
