    1964 for dimes quarters and half dollars. 1965-1969 half dollars used 40% silver.

        I agree with Bob if you are asking about coins intended for circulation. There are many others but they were made for collectors and not generally seen in circulation.....but could be.

            correct 1970 D halves in 40% also... but they were in mint sets and not issued for circulation exactly.
            1971 to 1974 IKE 40% silver dollars in circulation and proofs
            1976 had all 3 bicentennials issued as S mint uncirculated and proof 40% silver...
            Then commemoratives stated in 1982 with the Washington halves ..90% silver
            then silver proof sets 90% there

            BUT as stated already...
            For standard issues released into circulation by the U.S. mint
            1964 for dime, quarters, and halves in 90%
            and 1965 to 1969 (1970 ) halves in 40%
