Blistered Plating (also called plating bubbles): Gas bubbles that form under the copper plating on copper-plated zinc planchets. Gasses or contaminants that get trapped under the plating expand from the resulting heat and pressure during the strike, causing the plating to push up. No extra value for plating blisters... There is corrosion between the plating and zinc core... Eventually it will develop a hole causing more corrosion!!!

Not generally worth any extra value, but it is impossible to say if someone would buy it. If you gave it a cool name, like "ice pick in nostril" someone might give you a buck or two for it. Nobody can predict.
