Does anybody here know if the 64 SMS packaging differered at all from a regular 64 mint set?

Here is a post that our very own Watersports started about that very topic at Collectors Universe (in 2014).
More Skullduggery going on at the mint to free the sets from their "mintly" constraints, meaning not released through regular channels.

Here's a bit more on them, written up for PCGS (of course they have to throw their shameless plugs in too, if you can get past that it's not bad info).

It sounds like none were sold or shipped, when they say a "set" of them it might mean one of each coin.
Has anyone ever published a photo of a package at all?

If you're asking because you saw a sealed cello set, there are many after-market sets of almost every date sealed in cello that look like "mint sets" or "sov" sets but were not put together at the mint.
