    Copper 1982 D and 1983 S cents sell for HOW MUCH????

    Just saw this article and thought of all my good friends who tirelessly search rolls here...

    A nice pay off... We had a member, Gatito360NY, find an 82D SD copper not to long ago... Not his coin though... Jason Cuve even took photos for him... I can not seem to find his thread tho!!!

      Jim, it was a 92 CLAM. Can't remember P or D? (which he bought on eBay)

      Wait... you are partially right! It was a 89D copper and 90D copper, the 90D sold for $25K (which were not his coins, he was showing me what they sold for)

            Jim, I can never find threads I'm looking for when I need them. I saw something 30 minutes ago and now I can't find it. It drives me nuts!!! It's gotta be operator error!

                You are correct Vivien... It was a 92D CLAM... No idea where I came up with the 82D SD solid... Blame it on the meds

                      I have found in my collection a 1983 d that weights 2.87 grams. I have weighted several hundred lincolns of this same year and all others are in the 2.48 to 2.59 gr. range. I'll try to post pictures soon I hope
