1990 no s proof found today by newcomer uncommon ce

I woke up today and started combing through error date lincoln cents that ive put aside and accumulated over the past two months trying to thin out my cluster and after 8 hours of nothing but strke doubling and worn die coins I decided to go dump them off at coin star and get a box from my bank but i was 3 minutes late and I knew there was other banks still open but not quite sure which ones or where so i start driving and I stopped at the next one i saw but the lobby was closed but the drive thru was open so i went through and asked for a box, knowing it wasn't going to happen and of course i got nothing. At yjis point my time is running with slim pickings on banks still open but there it was, drive thru only, it was my last hope for getting a box today and I got turned down , so i asked the teller if she could sell me some individual rolls and she came back with 8 rolls, 5 of them were in clear wraps and 3 customer wrapped. I started with the clear wrapped rolls, when I got to the 3rd roll i pull out a 1990 no mint and look at the rim as i do on every 1990 and i saw what ive been wanting to see, the proof rim of the beast, red 1990 no s proof lincoln cent in circulation. I haven't fallen out of my chair just yet because it seems to good to be true for me to find another big coin in less than a month of my 1992d clam and since ive only been collecting for a little over a year. Someone please tell me how I can post post pictures of it from my phone so I can get some feedback

      Hello.
The surface of the field of your coin does not look like a proof surface
it has no mirror and also no frosted devices
Do not worry about the rim
looking at the obverse or reverse, where the rim meets the field and the edge of the inside of the rim, and the "top" of the edge
all should be square with no rounding
in your pic the rim from the side is thicker than the other coin but this is not a diagnostic of a proof
please take a pic straight on to the obverse and straight on to the reverse of your coin
      post both pics

I do not believe this to be a 1990 no S proof
Just a standard 1990 Philadelphia cent with a thick rim.

Buggers. I was hoping it was for the OP.
I'm not up on the diagnostics so this info is good to hear about. Thanks.

Yes, definitely a business strike Philly coin!

Like onecent1909 said, it is a normal bus strike.
The rim is thicker than your other cent but that doesn't make it a proof. It's clearly a bus strike, no frosting, no mirrors, flat on the shoulder like a typical bus strike.
