Those are neat Ernst but that is what we refer to as a dryer coin. It was tumbling in the dryer and the edges seem to get rolled over and the letters and devices get mushy and spread out.
So that would be post strike damage (PSD) -
Hello ernest! What you have there is a "dryer coin". It spend some time in a dryer either a home or commercial dryer at the laundry mat and it softened the metal causing it to look that way. Here is a link to the Glossary for "dryer coin" Sorry, no value, just one cent.

Cool... That is one of the nicest looking dryer coins I have seen... It is still in really good shape... I have seen some were the rims are gone along with almost all the devices!!!Jim
