Error debate! Please help!! Copper large/small date debate

Ok guys, this is the large date number 2 in this 1982 cent B478DFFF-F870-4E33-BD61-E3473AF20409.jpeg I am saying that this copper 1982 is a large date type. Common coin. This is the small date zinc 1982 cent. 3AF8368C-2932-42B2-AE75-51A8F4486DA9.jpeg Also common.

My copper 1982 D —— I am saying is a large date. Large 2. The other 2 friends are saying that my date is a small date struck on copper. Here is the picture of the copper small/large date debate cent. 4946B2CD-7E86-4A08-89E3-61C74342B70D.jpeg

You are right. Those 2 friends are wrong.
    You have LD-SD-LD.

Don't just go by the top ball being smaller on the small, look at the 2 shape. On your LDs the center section is like a slide, not curved. On the SD it has a curve.

The issue is that they think that my copper 1982 date is the small date. I am sure that it is the large date. I think that they are looking at the goose neck of my 2 being so stretched up is what is messing with them. Lol!!! This has become quite a serious battle!! Lol!! They just need to take their shots and move on!! Lol!!

That's strange, it is a LD and clearly looks like one. The center part of the 2 is straight, no curl like on the SDs. Also the 8 is clearly the LD style.

Most definitely a Large Date. You are right...it is time for them to move on from this 'debate'.

Thank you guys! They gave after the 3rd response! Lol!!! It is wired looking, but I could easily tell by the thickness on the crease of the 2. That was a very hilarious argument though!
